The BY-PVM3000M from Boya is a professional high-end directional microphone with supercardioid characteristics. The built-in preamplifier module ensures that the sound is amplified. The BY-PVM3000 is available in two versions: S and M. You are currently looking at the M version, which is 38 cm long. The M version captures sound at an angle of 50 degrees. Compared to the S version, the BY-PVM3000M captures sound at a narrower angle. This results in reduced sound volume and relatively low ambient noise. The BY-PVM3000M is suitable for long distances. With the button on the BY-PVM3000M, the microphone can be turned on, and you can optionally activate a low-pass filter. This prevents unwanted hum, such as that from air conditioning or traffic.

The BY-PVM3000M is ideal if you want to capture sound from several meters away while filtering out background noise. The built-in XLR connector allows you to connect an XLR cable and attach the microphone to your camera. We also have a special cable for connecting to your iPhone. The included pop filter and windscreen ensure that you are not affected by (wind) noise indoors or outdoors. The BY-PVM3000M is mounted in a holder with rubber bands, ensuring that movements or knocks on the camera do not affect the sound. If your camera does not provide phantom power, you can also power the BY-PVM3000M by inserting a AA battery.
