The BlueOptics BO28L859S1D QSFP28 Transceiver is a high-performance solution for short-range multimode applications in the realm of 100 Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel over Ethernet. With a maximum transmission rate of up to 103.125 Gigabits per second (4x25G) and a wavelength of 850 nanometers, this transceiver is ideal for high-speed applications. It enables the connection of Ethernet switches via eight parallel OM3 or OM4 fiber optic strands, either through MPO/MTP trunk or breakout cables. The transmission distance reaches up to 100 meters over OM3 and up to 150 meters over OM4, making it a flexible choice for various network architectures.
