This cable is suitable for transmitting electrical signals over short distances and operates considering the respective transmission protocol. It is compatible with all common hardware platforms (such as switches, routers, storage systems, etc.) that also officially support the original IBM SFP-H10GB-CU2M-IB-BL 10GBase-CR 2 Meter Direct Attach Cable (DAC). Each compatible 10GBase-CR Direct Attach Cable (DAC) supports Ethernet, FCoE, Fibre.
