The extruded aluminum housing offers excellent shape stability and blends discreetly into your space. The installation frame and the weight bar align flush with the ceiling, providing an elegant, unobtrusive finish. The projection screen is of type D, diffusely reflective with a wide viewing angle, suitable for high-resolution 4K content. The celexon ceiling-mounted motorized screen Professional Plus features a matte white projection surface with a black coating on the back, which, due to its special surface structure, is ideal for displaying high-resolution images. The black border masking precisely frames the projected image, thereby enhancing the lateral contrast.

Aspect ratio

Describes the format of image width to image height, with 16:9 being the common TV and office standard. Values such as 21:9 or 32:9 stand for extremely wide monitors, which often replace two old screens next to each other.

Gain factor

The light amplification factor, or gain factor, is an important factor when selecting a screen. Factor tells you something about the reflective properties. An ordinary white sheet of paper has a gain factor of about 1.0. It scatters the incident light homogeneously and diffusely in all directions. Thus it appears practically always equally bright, no matter from which angle you look at it.

Picture walls with a gain above 1.0 try to reflect a certain amount of light more specifically towards the audience, which usually sits axially in front of the picture. Developers achieve this through special surfaces and coatings. They take, so to speak, a small step towards the properties of a mirror. A gain of 2.0 describes a screen that - measured on axis - reflects twice as much light as a perfectly diffuse surface with 1.0. This is why we speak of amplification.
