This cable from Delock connects to the internal USB 3.1 Gen 2 Key A port of a motherboard or a PCI Express card, extending a USB connection. The USB Type-C port can be secured with two screws, allowing for installation in an easily accessible position, such as a slot bracket or a case with the appropriate cutout.
