The DIGITUS patch cable Cat6 S/FTP DK-1644-0025 is a CAT 6 S-FTP patch cable made of copper with an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) outer jacket for the best fire behaviour and low smoke emission. It has a length of 0.25 m and is grey. The transparent red coloured plug with metal shielding enables easy identification of category 6 (250 MHz).

The DIGITUS Category 6 Class E patch cables are manufactured and tested in accordance with the ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 CAT 6 standard. They ensure that the cable installation complies with the ISO & EN Channel specification and offer excellent performance in DIGITUS CAT 6 cabling. Performance has been tested up to 250 MHz, including features such as near-end crosstalk (NEXT).

The patch cables are specially designed to fulfil all requirements in different application areas. Each cable is equipped with a moulded anti-kink sleeve with strain relief, which has a latching lever protection to prevent the cables from snagging and the latching lever from breaking off the plug. The red colouring of the plugs makes it easy to identify category 6.
