The headband construction is unique. The microphone boom can be detached from the band and reattached on either the left or right side as desired. The often problematic moisture in theater settings is not an issue here at all. This microphone has been designed with a Double-Vent Protection System and Drop-Stop in the microphone boom. Additionally, the materials used in the microphone itself are waterproof. Thanks to these design elements, the likelihood of microphone failure due to moisture is almost impossible.
