Baserack-6/6, 24U 19 inch aluminium hybrid floor-standing cabinet 600x600x1200 mm (WxDxH), 24U. The base frame is made of aluminium and sheet steel profiles, designed for quick and easy dismantling. It has a protection class of IP 20 and a maximum static load capacity of up to 800 kg. The front door is made of 4 mm toughened safety glass, framed in an aluminium profile on the right and left, equipped with an LS 39 lock and keys. The rear door is made of steel sheet and includes an LS 19 lock and keys. An integrated quick-release system allows for the doors to be removed quickly without tools. Locks can be replaced with an LS 92 or LS 95 swivelling lever handle. The door has a 180° opening angle and can be hinged on the left or right. The side panels are made of sheet steel, easily removable, and feature a lock that can be secured from the inside along with a slotted lock. The roof has cut-outs for cable entry at the rear, left, or right, and can accommodate a fan or ventilation plate in the centre. A brush strip is available as an accessory. The open base frame structure includes front and rear system grooves, allowing for simple retrofitting of plinth packages. It features 19 mounting levels (482.6 mm) with a hole pattern compliant with IEC 60297-1 and 2, front and rear on four multifunctional depth struts with markings for precise positioning of the 19 profiles in the enclosure. Height units are labelled consecutively from the bottom and top, starting with 1, and are readable from the front. A central earth connection is provided via an M5 threaded bolt. The surface treatment is a textured paint in grey RAL 7035. Accessories supplied include a brush strip, an earthing set, and a VE 50/cage nut, screw, and washer.
