PoE injector with 4 Gigabit ports - reliable power system. The Extralink 4-Port PoE Injector supports an Ethernet data rate of 10/100/1000 Mbps. The RJ45 LAN ports are designed to connect to a switch, PC, or hub, with pins 1/2, 3/6, 4/5, and 7/8 transmitting data. The PoE RJ45 ports provide both data and PoE power, with pins 1/2, 3/6, 4/5, and 7/8 used for data and pins 4/5 (+) and 7/8 (-) used for power. The device consists of 4 sets of RJ45 sockets and a power socket with up to 60 V DC. The power connector has a diameter of 5.5 mm. The total output power must be less than the maximum input power of the AC-DC power supply; otherwise, a stronger AC-DC power supply should be considered. The recommended power formula for the AC-DC adapter is 10 W per RJ45 kit (1 kit = 2 x RJ45 sockets). For example, 4 x 10 W = 40 W for a PoE panel with 4 ports.
