Extralink PoE Injector with 8 Gigabit Ports.
The Extralink 8-Port PoE Injector supports an Ethernet throughput rate of 10/100/1000 Mbps. The LAN RJ45 ports are designed to connect with switches, PCs, or hubs. The PoE RJ45 ports deliver both data and PoE power simultaneously, with pins 1/2, 3/6, 4/5, and 7/8 designated for data and pins 4/5 (+) and 7/8 (-) for power. The device consists of 8 RJ45 sockets and a power socket for up to 60 V DC. The power connection has a diameter of 5.5 mm. The total output power must not exceed the maximum input power of the AC-DC power supply; otherwise, a stronger AC-DC power supply should be considered. The recommended power formula for the AC-DC adapter is 10 W per RJ45 kit (1 kit = 2 x RJ45 sockets). For example, 8 x 10 W totals 80 W for a PoE panel with 8 ports.
