The LIGHT patch cables from the SLIM® brand are a solution for various cabling issues. Although they visually resemble a standard copper patch cable, the LIGHT patch cables achieve Category 6 specifications, making them suitable for 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, and 1000BASE-T applications, including Gigabit Ethernet. Remarkably, three LIGHT patch cables have the diameter of a single standard CAT6 patch cable. Despite their extremely thin design, the cable features twisted pairs. Additionally, it has a wide, flexible strain relief and a practical length print on both ends, supporting Power over Ethernet (PoE according to IEEE802.3af).

Application: Typical application areas for LIGHT patch cables:
