This has the advantage of eliminating the need to switch to more expensive extender solutions. The full 18G HDMI bandwidth is supported to realize resolutions up to 4096x2160@60Hz, including support for the REC.2020 color space, which supports the full range of colors needed for "high-dynamic" content with enhanced contrast and lifelike colors.

The latest HDMI cable technologies make these cables ideally suited for Sky Q, PS4, XBOX One or even 4K Blu-Ray players, making them ideal for use in home cinemas, for example, where longer cables are required without compromising on video or audio performance.

Please note: Lindy active cables must be used and installed using the following instructions. The connector marked "display" must always be connected to the display. Incorrect connection will result in loss of signal. Some projectors have recessed HDMI sockets, please ensure that the connection of the cable is possible.
