Create a criminal empire: Build your criminal empire from the ground up by choosing what businesses you want to pursue, whether it be speakeasies, casinos, or protection rackets, and assembling a retinue of loyal gangsters who will make their mark on the streets. Once you have made a name for yourself, you'll be able to expand your influence, take over rivals' territories, and broaden your repertoire with other ventures.

Defend and expand your territory: If (purely theoretically, of course) there should be disagreements and your gang needs to make a clear statement, you'll be able to carry out brutal turn-based battles.
