In principle, the pre-coating that is usually present on the heat sink is sufficient. However, if this has already been used, the residue should be removed with cleaning alcohol or benzine and a soft cloth and a new thermal compound applied thinly and evenly to the CPU. There are relatively wide options when it comes to pastes. The simplest and cheapest is a silicone thermal paste (white). A little better and just as easy to use is a thermal paste containing silver (dark silvery). There are even better heat conduction pastes, but no more. These are usually liquid metals, but they should be handled with great care. One drop in the wrong place and the mainboard is broken. Possibly even more. Arctic MX thermal pastes are recommended and inexpensive. Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut are sometimes the best and of course more expensive. Noctua thermal pastes are also recommendable, but too expensive in my opinion. At a similar price, I would rather take a Thermal Grizzly.

Hello, a medium to good air cooler is actually sufficient to keep the processor in check. Of course, it would be advantageous to cool the CPU with water if the enclosure is quite cramped. But as I said, only in very special cases. Arctic Freezer 34 CO (15.70 cm) Alpenföhn Cooler Alpenföhn Ben Nevis Advanced (15.90 cm) These will do by far.

What is meant here is that you get in-game items worth about 30 USD. There are no add-ons to buy for Warframe in the sense that it is completely free-to-play. We don't know exactly which items these are, but probably boosters and platinum, possibly even a Prime.
