According to the manufacturer, this card achieves up to 800 MB/s when reading and 700 MB/s when writing. Actual performance may vary depending on the device used. We thank you for pointing this out. A corresponding correction request has been created.

Based on my experience with this card, I can imagine that the card reader is the main cause. The variation in quality is striking. I would not buy such a reader without doing some research. My advice: borrow another card reader or have the card checked by a specialist dealer. If the result is positive, I would buy the functioning reader there immediately.

Your demands are quite high, so one or the other card might occasionally go down the drain. Basically, I have been using these cards for over a year and have had no problems with them, no noticeable heating or malfunctions. There may be better cards for high-end requirements, but they cost several times more. As I said, I am very satisfied with these cards.

This depends on the intended use and the hard disk write and laser rates. In addition, some manufacturers offer a data recovery pack. This means that a professional tries to save the data on your hard disk.
