Yes, original packaging with the charging cable. I don't remember if there was also a socket. We have a lot of them at home. This iPhone was needed by my wife who doesn't have high demands. One of our sons recommended it to us because of the good performance/price ratio. Our son had given it to his wife as a present.
Unfortunately, we have no information on future price developments.

This can be done as a service in the shop for a fee. The best thing to do is to come by, then our shop staff can tell you the time and cost.
i have no experience with iphone 7, but i can say that the camera is not a strong point of iphone se 3.gen compared to the iphones of my colleagues. i bought it because of the form factor and the new processor technology.

No, dualsim is a nano-sim + e-sim. Not to be confused. The one sim is not physical.

Joa, so if you buy electronics from a Swiss retailer, by law you have the first year's warranty with the manufacturer (in this case Apple) and the second year's warranty with the retailer (i.e. digitec). If you buy directly from Apple, you simply have the one-year manufacturer's warranty.
