There are no really exorbitant differences, no. As long as you buy a graphics card from the "big" manufacturers like Asus, MSI, Gigabyte and EVGA, you're on the safe side. Brands like Gainward, Inno3D and KFA2 are very big on the Asian market, but I haven't yet been able to convince myself of the quality (or not), so I don't like to advise them. In the individual model series from e.g. MSI (with Ventus & Suprim), the temperatures are usually a little different and the fan noise. But that's usually not essential. At the moment it's worth looking at the price.
