No, problem was not solved: this third party company (not digitec itself) sent a small 24" monitor, which is not exchanged for the paid goods - monitor 32". Beware of this company!

ATTENTION, it is a mistake by Digitec, which has still not been corrected! Jacob delivered the BENQ BL2490 as can be seen from picture 4 instead of the BENQ BL3290QT (but at least without customs duties)!!! Digitec took the monitor back without any problems, but it's annoying that the product page still hasn't been updated and that such a mistake happens at all...
