Hello Karim83 Yes, that is possible, directly in the device menu. This is not described in the user manual and in the FAQ's in the Brother Solution Center, but I just tried it. The device searches in the W-LAN menu for SSID's in the area, if you confirm the desired one, it asks for a password. Greetings

Hi Roger Yes, that is possible. Here is a manual (in English) https://help.brother-usa.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/62232/~/bar-code-sequential-numbering---p-touch-editor-5.x-or-4.x

The printer may not work with a Surface device with an ARM processor as there is no compatible driver support. The Brother QL-820NWBc does not have specific drivers for ARM-based Windows devices, which may cause problems.

The labels used with this label printer are mainly made of paper. However, there are also options for film labels that can be selected depending on the application. However, the most common labels are paper labels such as the DK-1201, DK-1202 and DK-2251, which are used for various purposes such as shipping labels or name tags.

Yes, you can print mailing labels with this labeller. It is designed for industrial and commercial use, including printing mailing labels. It uses heat-sensitive printing technology and can print labels up to 62 mm wide, which is sufficient for most mailing labels.

The differences between the Brother QL-820NWB and QL-820NWBc are - new CPU - improved Bluetooth module - from 2.1 to 5.2 - improved WiFi module - support for WPA3. So the new printer should also work in the app Greetings Fredy

No, they are not. They are the DK-N55224 rolls. This is a thin cardboard. It is suitable for badges or appointment cards, for example. That is actually what it says in the description. However, the statement "incl. 3 LABEL rolls" leads you down the wrong track. This should perhaps be adjusted.

I usually work with the PC version and rarely with Android (which works quite well for a quick label without bells and whistles). I have the printer on the LAN and not on the WLAN. But, that's why I'm writing an answer, even in the LAN (with DHCP static lease) the printer is no longer accessible after some time (it feels like 1 day) - it has to be "rebooted". I can therefore very well imagine the problems with WLAN.

Good day. I have had the QL-1060 for years and also the QL-820NWB. It is possible to print postal labels directly with the QL-820. The following labels are possible: DK-11208 (62mm) for parcels and DK-22205 for letters. Works fine. With kind regards M.S.
