The quality and the sound are top! However, gaming is not the main area of application. For gaming, I would rather recommend wired headsets or headsets with a quickly replaceable battery so that you don't have to interrupt your game to recharge. An adjustable microphone or microphone boom would also be more advantageous.

It sounds very short and is certainly not normal. 1. 1. have you tried it in a different environment, maybe there is an interference signal where you are? 2. try connecting without the dongle - most laptops have Bluetooth built in anyway. If all this does not lead to an improvement, I would also consider this to be a malfunction.

Great as noise-cancelling headphones - less exhilarating as a headset. People I talk to tell me that the quality is rather poor when I have a conversation via the built-in microphone (in a quiet environment). Unfortunately, I don't have any feedback about a conversation in a noisy environment, but the quality will hardly be better...

This has nothing to do with this product. Only this much: if the call is accepted with the mobile, it only works if Skype is also started on the mobile and is accepted there. If it is accepted via call forwarding, Skype does not notice and you are on green... But as I said: this is a Skype question and not a Sennheiser MB660 question... I am otherwise very satisfied with the Sennheiser, even if it sometimes loses the connection. Installation also worked with admin rights...
