Basically, such monitor mounts must support the weight and possibly the height of the monitor alone. Size specifications such as -42" here, for example, should be regarded more as guidelines. The mount here is attached/screwed to the tabletop with two clamps (see Fig. 4) or can also be permanently mounted by means of a hole directly through the tabletop. Hi Bernd, I measured the distance of my HX monitor arm from the table top to the lower edge of the VESA mount - at maximum "extended" height. It is 32.5 cm. In my opinion, this will unfortunately not be enough. :-(

Firstly, you need to check that the vesa standards are the same (100x100 200x200). If this is not the case, you will need to buy an adaptive plate to make it compatible. If they are the same then try to check if there are screws on the screen that allow you to remove the round part and uncover the fixing plate (this is often the case with competing brands). If neither of the two solutions work, it will be complicated. Good evening
As far as I can remember, no wall-mounting components were included. I would advise you to look for another product that is designed for this.

The plate itself is "only" 6cm, the 2 plates on the screws are 8cm. So the whole bracket protrudes 8cm into it.
However, you could make the tabletop "thicker" with a wooden board/block, and thus stretch it on the wooden board/block and the metal frame. According to the instructions, the bracket can be attached to a table with up to 66mm.

You cannot mount two monitors with this arm, but he is able to reach on top, so if you have two of the Arms this would work. Maybe this one would give you the possibility to mount two arms with the same mount point.

Is this stand ok for the LG 38WN95C-W curved monitor or do you need another stand to fix on a table?

I have mounted the same TV on the same arm
The arm itself is very heavy (8kg) because it is made of metal, then the weight of the 49" (~14kg). You also have to buy an additional part, otherwise the monitor bends downwards because of the weight Ergotron HX.
I am very satisfied with the combination and would not go back to the stand.

I fully agree with this! There can be no argument at all about design, functionality and stability.
The only point of criticism is the fact that the mount does not come as a separate kit with the heavy duty adapter.
By that I mean two separate kits, mount + standard adapter and mount with HD adapter (e.g. for the Samsung Odyssey+Neo). You really buy the mount with the standard adapter and then pay another 90,- for the HD adapter.
Hello, I have exactly the same monitor and the mount holds it just fine.
I have used it with a 32 inch Benq monitor and it worked well. Just check the total weight supported by the arm and if your model fits in you will be just fine.
Should fit, your screen has VESA 100 x 100 and this arm supports that too :)

Hello, in principle yes, but it will depend on the VESA standard of the 27" screen in question, as this mount is only compatible with the following: 75 x 75 mm, 100 x 100 mm, 200 x 200 mm.
I have a Samsung CHG90 49'' and it works great.
You can run the cable through the monitor arm. Whether you can pass it through the tabletop depends on your table and how you attach the monitor arm to the table.

Unfortunately, we do not have any real empirical data on this. We have forwarded the question to our community and hope that a user can provide input.
If the manufacturer states that the product is not compatible, then I would assume that this is true. Unfortunately, I have no personal experience to include here.
