The Gaming OC has a slightly higher core clock of 1815 MHz compared to the Windforce OC (1785 MHz). In practice, this makes a very small difference, if any at all. That's why I would go for the Windforce OC and save a bit of money. You can easily overclock the graphics card to 1815 MHz if you feel the need :)

Hello, these are the same graphics cards, the only difference is that the one with 8GD at the end (manufacturer's no.) has a newer hardware revision.

Hello I am not an expert either. Nevertheless, a few inputs: I would go for a more powerful power supply. Only 500W could lead to instability in the system. I use a 650W supply. I would also take a cooler for the CPU. For example, the Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4. Although it is 3mm too high for your case, I think it should fit. Or an AIO liquid cooler like the Kraken X63. For RAM I would go for 3200MHz like with the Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x, 8GB, DDR4-3200, DIMM 288) kit. If you play a lot of different games, an HDD for the game library could help. But it can easily be retrofitted. Many greetings MoeMG
