The designation "DE version" means that the device is intended for the German market, which usually refers to the packaging, the language of the instructions or regional specifications, but not to the technical compatibility. The Repeater HX is generally compatible with Gigaset DECT/CAT-iq base stations and routers, provided they support the new ETSI Repeater Standard (ETS300700 V2.1.1). Whether the Repeater HX (DE version) works with Gigaset telephones from Swisscom depends on whether your Swisscom box (e.g. Internet Box 2, 3, standard, plus or Centro Business 2.0 from firmware 9.04.02) supports this standard. The Internet-Box light is not supported. Compatibility is therefore not dependent on the "DE version", but on the router used and its software version. If you are unsure, it is best to check the compatibility of your router with the HX repeater directly on the Gigaset website or contact Swisscom support for your specific model.

The repeater is compatible with Gigaset base stations that support the new ETSI repeater standard (ETS300700 V2.1.1) and function as repeater 2.0. However, it cannot be connected to the N670/N870 base station. It is not clear from the information available whether the Gigaset Fusion Host supports this standard. Therefore, no definitive statement can be made regarding compatibility with the Gigaset Fusion Host.

This device only extends the reception area for DECT cordless phones. It will not solve your Internet connection problems. For that you need a WiFi repeater. For telephony, however, it is compatible with all DECT-compliant devices.

I only use Gigaset phones and with these the repeater works perfectly. According to the operating instructions, "most DECT phones" are compatible with the repeater - but with reduced features: no encryption, no broadband connection (e.g. VoIP), no Eco

I have two S850 HXs and it works perfectly with them. However, I cannot answer whether it is compatible with the Sunrise Box, as I have only tested the following boxes (successfully): Swisscom Box and Fritzbox 7490.

Honestly: the Gigaset Repeater 2 is a joke product. The repeater function is completely inadequate and the range with the repeater is no better than without the device. Even at short distances, the network extension does not work adequately, which is why I advise against any purchase. A call to support ended in the recommendation to change the batteries of the mobile phones - complete nonsense. I also have a lift between the devices - but the fact that the network extension does not work is not due to the lift but to the miserable quality of the device.
