As far as I know: no. Only the next generation - I know this for the Pixel 3a - has an eSim.

I think it was _never_ 3 years - but simply until 16 January 2021 (source: https://fossbytes.com/google-photos-unlimited-storage-pixel-secrets/). I.e. from _today_ it's only 12 months for each Pixel 2.

I have this one and it works without problems: Roline USB 3.1 Gen2 (A - C, 0.50m, 3.1) In general, you shouldn't have any problems with USB-A to USB-C cables, especially if you buy them here and don't import them from China (Wish, AliExpress etc.).
That's what I thought at first, but I have to say it works for me. Two-handed operation is more comfortable, of course, but one-handed also works. It's balanced for me, depending on whether I'm sitting or walking. Even after almost a year of using it, I wouldn't change it for any other smartphone <3

No, Google doesn't make dual-sim devices. Never has been, just as little as Nexus/Pixel with external SD card. ;) The eSim also only works with Project FI, which as far as I know is not available in Switzerland. https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/phone-by-google/PSjRN8yAJw4

New ones of course. this is just an online store for electronic articles, they re all new and originally packaged. in some cases, they additionally have a few used ones in stock. but then they simply have an additional option you can click. it is always very clearly stated if there is a used article.
I think it depends on how quickly the staff at the mobile phone company prepare your contract. I'm also waiting patiently for an offer and just hope that the smartphones aren't all gone by then.
