If the HP Spectre X360 has a USB-C port that can also do video and LAN, then it works. It's a bit strange that the product says USB-A, because HP itself says that this item has a USB-C port.

Unfortunately, the two HDMI/VGA connections are simply too close to each other. I have never seen such a narrow VGA connection anywhere that leaves enough space for the HDMI. I don't know if it is technically possible.

Can't say unfortunately, I had bought it for a HPx360 15cr 0566n, screen is dead unfortunately, doesn't work.
It works fine with the HP elite Book 840 G5. Your laptop should bring the video signal via the USB-C.

I haven’t tried that, I’ll test today and let you know ! In any event, the mini docking is very helpful because I can connect so many things to it and free up the ports on my laptop for other peripherals. It’s a good price, very light and Galaxus shipped it quickly.
If you have a USB type C port (Thunderbolt) yes it will be compatible, but you can only manage one screen with this adapter.

No, it's not compatible for Apple Macbooks.
With the HP Pro x2 notebook it works. Charging, one screen plus using two USB ports - all at the same time. However, charging is much slower than using the original power supply.

No, you can't! The distance between the connectors does not allow this! If you connect VGA, the plug covers the HDMI connection in such a way that you can no longer connect it!

Yes this docking station comes without a power cable. However, it can be charged with a standard USB C power adapter.
