Helpful answer

You get almost no extra performance with the 9600k (between -2% and +2% depending on the application).... I would take the 8600k. 390 chipset works for 9th and 8th generation.
You can take an i7 if you want, but it's not crucial for most games. For video editing, etc.. an i7 could still make sense under certain circumstances.

Wrote to support yesterday about it, as I pre-ordered it. At the moment they effectively can't say anything more than it says on delivery.
"At the moment we have no information on the delivery date. We will publish this as soon as possible."
