What is the difference between Intel Core i9-13900KF and Intel Core i9-13900K? In terms of price, the one without (F) is 120.- CHF more expensive.....

I find the pricing for customer returns a little strange. How can it be that customer returns - even if they are technically flawless - are more expensive as "used goods" than identical items from the competition? In this case, the I9-13900kf costs almost 719€ as a customer return (used item) and another seller who also offers his goods on Ebay sells the identical item new, OVP, sealed, [as of 14.11.2022] for almost 43€ less. Then there is a cashback of 1.5% via Shoop, which makes another discount of almost 11€ - resulting in a price difference of almost 54€ for the identical brand new item. Why should I, as a customer, put 719€ on the table for a used item when I can also have it sealed new for 665€? Btw. Best price according to Geizhals for the CPU was 648€ a few days ago ^^ I would like to see a fairer approach to pricing when customers call and point this out. In such cases, you could offer the used goods 10€ to 20€ cheaper than the competition for their new goods or at least adjust the used customer returns to the new price of the competition. At a price of around 650€ to 660€, I would have bought this CPU from you, but this way I think about Ebay and save a lot of money.

Does it come with Basic cooling or do I have to buy it separately?

For a CPU, I would like a recommendation for the "best" heat-conducting paste and a selection of suitable coolers as accessories. Instead, under "Popular" I get about 10 different thermal pastes in the price range from 2.- to 11.- in a 4-pack (what I think about this violates the community conditions). A suitable cooler is not suggested. Please note that it is not the best price but the best cooling that is decisive here, otherwise the CPU will tack down, which would be a shame with an i9.
