What is the difference between Intel Core i9-13900KF and Intel Core i9-13900K? In terms of price, the one without (F) is 120.- CHF more expensive.....

The KF is without APU (i.e. integrated graphics unit). I can't say why the one with a graphics unit is cheaper now, but it's probably due to poor availability.
