Which external memory (minimum 4 TB) is compatible with PS5? Thanks

Good day I recently bought the Intenso Memory Center 16 TB and stored films on it. In the meantime, 87.8 GB of the memory is occupied and 14.4 TB is free. I now wanted to save two more films of approx. 4.5 GB each on the hard drive. Unfortunately, this is not possible because these files are too large for the target file system. I don't understand this, as there is still enough free storage space. What could be the reason why this message appears? Can anyone help me? Many thanks in advance.

Moin, for some reason the discs are formatted with FAT32 from the factory. You cannot store large data on it. Back up the data on the disc to the computer, format the disc to NTFS and then you can also store large data

One question: Isn't it normal to send an external hard drive in a parcel in winter and not just leave it on the doorstep (of the neighbours)? Galaxus must have hired a pretty unreliable gang with the "flash order". What's more, the product didn't arrive at the specified time, but only the following day and was left unpacked on the neighbours' doorstep...next to the snow...
