I use MacOS Mojave and would use the hard drive as a RAID with one partition (2x2TB), one part for Time Machine and the other for data. Is that possible at all?

Yes, no problem - the RAID can be configured as "JBOD". This means that all discs are available individually.

On picture 6, which shows the back, it says USB 3.1, but in the description it says 3.2 Gen2. What can I rely on now? And if USB 3.2 Gen 2, what are the read and write speeds of this device?

Looking at the 8TB. Does that mean that each disk has 8TB or that the sum of the two disks is 8TB and the space available is therefore 4TB total?

8TB is the maximum available storage capacity (for the corresponding version). This means that each hard drive has 4TB. Then it depends on whether you want data redundancy and how you configure the RAID (0 or 1) to know whether you have 4TB or 8TB available at the end.

I have the impression that the description was confused with the other 40TB drive, as the SD/CF card slots are missing from the pictures here. With the LaCie 2big Dock 47.63/1TB, on the other hand, the description of the slots is missing, but they can be seen in the pictures. The question now is: what do I get for what price? - Does this drive have SD/CF ports? - Does this drive also have the hot-swappable IronWolf Pro enterprise-class hard drives?

The description was indeed mixed up, thank you for pointing it out! The change has been forwarded and will be processed as soon as possible. The LaCie 2big Raid hard drive does not have SD/CF ports, but the hot-swappable IronWolf Pro hard drives do.

Hi, does the switch on the back permanently disable the hard drive so that it stays off even when the PC is restarted?

According to the manual page 13: https://www.lacie.com/www-content/manuals/lacie-2big-dock-tbolt3/pdf/lacie-2big-dock-tbolt3-de_CH.pdf this is a mains switch. This should deactivate the power supply accordingly. So the Lacie HDD also remains switched off when the PC starts. Otherwise, the automatic HDD start can be deactivated with Windows 10.

Good evening I don't see any slots for cards and the USB port mentioned in the pictures of the black version. These are only visible on the light grey version in the video. What version do I get now?

I bought the 2Big about 2 months ago. Since the beginning I have been getting the message that the hard disk was not ejected correctly. I tested it on a Macbook and iMac. Is this a hardware error? Or is there a setting that puts the hard drives into sleep mode?

What is the difference between LaCie 2big RAID (8TB) and LaCie 2big Dock (8TB)? They seem to do the same thing, but one costs significantly more...
