Hardware inputs are 1 x display port plus 4 x HDMI. With the software or directly on the monitor, the display can be divided into 4 equal areas. So in my opinion you can do this if your software can manage four inputs.

This is not so much a monitor problem as a software problem. Maybe the LG "On screen control" software also works with this monitor. With other monitors, it can "partition" the screen so that the windows do not take up the full screen. There may be other software that does exactly what you want.
The weight of the screen without the stand/base is 13.8 kg.
