I was able to do a search and in the following link the user manual can be downloaded in German. The bracket is best described there. They even specify a maximum tabletop thickness of 90mm.

Mounting is tricky. Basically, you need a simple table top that is about 10cm deep and not obstructed at the top or bottom.

According to our information, the screw system under the table top requires a minimum depth of approx. 90 mm. This is a C-clamp with a width of approx. 110 mm and a maximum span of approx. 80 mm.

I was able to carry out a search and actually found no significant technical difference between the two models. Whether the "32UN880K-B" is a successor to the "32UN880P-B" with the same features or a model that has a different production process or different parts is not stated anywhere by the manufacturer. In this case, I would recommend the cheaper offer.
