Yes, that is no problem, simply connect to the PC via USB, then select the camera as a webcam in the programme.

I bought it a year ago for 56.90. If you look at all the suppliers, you see that the one with 150.63 is from Germany. Probably because of the boom with such products, Digitec also offers through second suppliers because of delivery bottlenecks.... May at ;-) hope it helps.
