Yes, that is no problem, simply connect to the PC via USB, then select the camera as a webcam in the programme.
I bought it a year ago for 56.90.
If you look at all the suppliers, you see that the one with 150.63 is from Germany.
Probably because of the boom with such products, Digitec also offers through second suppliers because of delivery bottlenecks.... May at ;-)

Die C310 habe ich weiter verkauft, kann dazu keine Aussage machen. Selbst habe ich die C920 im Einsatz, aber hier geht Windows Hello nicht, siehe die Antwort auf digitec:

The specific reason why Windows Hello requires Intel RealSense cameras is because those cameras have depth and infrared lenses, which are needed to be able to determine if a face is real (so holding a picture up won't work, while that usually does work with conventional webcams) and to identify faces even when it's dark, respectively."
Fazit: Du brauchst eine "echte" 3D Kamera mit Intel RealSense (whatever it is).
