There is no difference, only in the price. However, you are always better off with a boxed game than a download. Only buy boxed games, regardless of whether they are available in the eShop or as a download at a lower price for a short time.
The language only refers to the packaging, the game should run in any language on the Switch. It says on the back of the box that the software is available in any language.
Hello. Yes, the Nintendo Switch games are in the language of the console. It's just that the cover of the box is in German instead of French.
There are also answers to be given at certain points. But as soon as the game starts, there are no questions.

I would highly predict it will be in English. I have bought numerous other titles lately (but have not unboxed this one yet), in Italian, German etc. and all of them have played in English on my console.

The two differ in language and in the supplier. Hence the price difference :-)
I understand, I also pre-ordered it but haven't received it yet :-) Unfortunately, the supplier did not receive enough pieces and has to reorder. But we should receive another delivery. Unfortunately, it is still unclear when, but as soon as we have information, we will note it in the orders and on the homepage.
