Hello, yes, in principle charging with a power bank is possible, but it must be able to deliver the same amount of watts as your power supply. For most Surface devices, 34W should be sufficient, as long as they reach this with a voltage of at least 12V. Here at Digitec, there are powerbanks that support up to 65W, so charging would be possible with one of these.
