Unfortunately, it then sporadically and irrevocably loses the WLAN and will not come back without a new manual login. Presumably the electronics are better tuned or the software allows higher performance, so that this does not normally happen in mains operation. There are various reports on this in the Ring community. I have the system with 3 Cam Pro's connected to the mains (plus batteries), and for 3 months now the Cam Pro - in contrast to other Ring Cam's - has been running well.

Make sure that "battery operation" is mentioned in the description. If the shop does it properly, then you won't see a cable in the picture. But you can't rely on this 100%.
