The specs on digitec seem to be wrong, memory is wrong, processor on the 5g is wrong and I think camera specs are also wrong. Maybe they use a generic spec sheet and will be corrected closer to launch?
But if you google it, it already looks like it's a screen protector: https://www.spickipedia.com/index.php/samsung-galaxy-s20/schutzfolie-ab-werk-auf-dem-samsung-galaxy-s20-s20-oder-s20-ultra-vorhanden.html
This is indeed surprising. We would be happy to receive an e-mail about this. Please attach a photo. Helpcenter: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/fr / E-mail: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/fr/requests/new
According to the information at our disposal, the latest update unfortunately does not allow you to benefit from the full functionality of the EU version in Switzerland.
The difference between the EU and CH device is that certain features may not work, such as Wifi Calling, VoLTE, Samsung Pay, NFC and updates will be delivered later.
After all, the price is not primarily dependent on the exchange rate, but on other factors such as supply/demand, VAT, customs duties, purchasing power of the respective country, etc. etc.

Hello,
The Galaxy S20 FE is well protected against water and dust with an IP68 certification: https://www.samsung.com/de/support/mobile-devices/was-bedeutet-die-ip68-zertifizierung-meines-samsung-produkts/
The smartphone is equipped with a 4500 mAh battery. Actual battery life may vary depending on network environment, user behaviour and other factors.
Best regards from Schwalbach,

Some features may be limited or not available on an EU model in Switzerland, such as VoLTE, WiFi-Calling, Samsung Pay and other services. In addition, EU models in Switzerland are not eligible for cashback or other promotions.
I play a game on my mobile called Lords Mobile. The mobile should transmit selected messages for 24 hours. This works without any problems on the iPhone.
With Samsung, the mobile goes into Doze power-saving mode after I put it away. Then no more messages come in. When you pick up the mobile again, they all come in at once. How can I prevent this from happening? I want to receive messages even when the mobile is on the table. Energy-saving mode is off, the game is unlocked and authorised at all levels. All restrictions are off. Can anyone here help?
I would think twice, it's an expensive phone with old technology. Samsung offers 4 years of updates, but two of them are already over. There are much cheaper alternatives from other manufacturers that are new to the market and at the beginning of their life cycle. For example, a Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G would certainly be a very good device, it is very light, has a fast CPU, good battery life and gets 3 + 1 years of updates from the manufacturer. Maybe that would be an alternative to the Samsung?

No security updates by Samsung!
About the undisputed qualities of this Again and again, the question of the compatibility of the "devices intended for the EU market" (Samsung's designation for the EU version) with Swiss mobile networks comes up. I wanted to know more precisely and turned to Samsung Switzerland and additionally to Samsung Germany (protocols available) with specific questions. The good news first: 5G, VoLTEand VoWLAN also work on the EU model in Switzerland, provided the provider offers the service. The very bad news: EU models with Swiss SIMs operated in Swiss mobile networks do not receive any security and OS updates! Unfortunately, it is not possible to have the Swiss firmware retrofitted by a Samsung service centre. If one compares the price development of the device on the German and Swiss markets, one suspects that the oh-so-unique Swiss firmware primarily serves to make parallel imports unattractive and to protect the Swiss maximum price. However, I would have expected such protectionist measures from Samsung last.
