The boxes can be integrated into the home network in a group or streamed directly (individually). However, they cannot be connected to the sound system as active boxes, but only as additional boxes.

Rather no. In wifi mode, you control the roam via the sonos app. It could work with an airplay device, but the Nest does not support that, as far as I know. Bluetooth sharing from android devices would also work in theory, but the Nest device is not included there either. It is best to use only sonos devices.

Hello Sascha, in the SONOS APP (Window and IOS) you can set up Spotify under "ADD SERVICES". Furthermore, every "SET UP" SONOS speaker is visible in my WLAN network. I have 5 speakers plus a ROAM. Ergo, the SONOS ROAM must be selectable via Spotify. I do not use the Spotify app myself. I hope I have helped you.

David, I don't quite understand your question and am trying to answer it according to my interpretation. I have 6 Sonos play 1 and 3 speakers in the house and 1 Sonos Roam. To play my music I use the Sonos app (IOS and Win). With this I can play my music anywhere. -- Sonos Roam with Bluetooth functionality can only be controlled individually. Technically, this means that for each active Bluetooth connection to the iPhone, I can play music on this one speaker. I hope I have been clear and have helped a little.
