Hi Jost, the bottom wheel does indeed turn endlessly, as it has for me from the start. However, I have recently had the problem that my headset no longer pairs with the remote plug (connected via USB and fibre optics) on my PS 4. Bluetooth (e.g. music from my mobile) works, but I can't get the game sound to work. Do you have any ideas? Thx and keep up the good gaming. Sebastian aka Kilgore

So for the 1st the cable is unfortunately too short maybe possible with a longer external cable but the battery should last about 40 hours and for the 2nd yes it is possible I have already tested and listened to Spotify from the mobile or voice message in Whatsapp

I don't have an Xbox, but from my understanding the PS version doesn't work with Xbox, but the Xbox version works with all platforms (PS with the USB mode).

No, thankfully not 😅 The headphones close very well and have a very good sound quality. Play a lot of Call of Duty and you can hear the footsteps very well and therefore also where the opponent is coming from. With the mobile phone connection you can make phone calls or listen to music while playing. You can further refine the settings with the TurtleBeach app.

Yes, you can connect via bluetooth with pc or mobile devices and then play both sound at the same time.
Unfortunately, this is not shown in the operating instructions. The manufacturer also does not give any information about the connection via cable.
