1. is it only me who has the problem that the lower wheel can be turned endlessly? 2. game sound is good, only in an Xbox party I can hardly understand my fellow players, I can assign the function that the chat should be louder, but nothing happens. No matter in which direction I turn the wheel, the "max or minimum" noise is heard. Is this due to a defect in the headset? Or software?

Hi Jost, the bottom wheel does indeed turn endlessly, as it has for me from the start. However, I have recently had the problem that my headset no longer pairs with the remote plug (connected via USB and fibre optics) on my PS 4. Bluetooth (e.g. music from my mobile) works, but I can't get the game sound to work. Do you have any ideas? Thx and keep up the good gaming. Sebastian aka Kilgore

I have 2 questions about this product. 1. is it possible to use the headset via the dongle on the PC and charge it via a cable at the same time? 2. while my headset is connected to the PC or PS5 via the dongle, can I listen to the game sound and make calls to my mobile via Bluetooth at the same time?

So for the 1st the cable is unfortunately too short maybe possible with a longer external cable but the battery should last about 40 hours and for the 2nd yes it is possible I have already tested and listened to Spotify from the mobile or voice message in Whatsapp

Hello, I have had the headset for a few weeks now and use it to add voice commentary to videos. I dub videos that are between 10 and 45 minutes long. Unfortunately, the headset always switches off automatically after about 10 minutes, even though I am constantly talking and there is still sound input from the video. The battery level is high. This is very annoying because I then always have to stop the recording and edit it later when creating the final video. Does anyone have an idea what this could be due to? Thank you!

Hi, I am looking for a headset or microphone to record speech for videos, i.e. to annotate video content. I think a headset is better than a table microphone. It doesn't have to be a super professional device, but the recording quality should be good. In terms of price, I was thinking of a maximum of Fr 150. Wireless would be nice, but it's not a must. Thanks for any tips!

The difference is that this headset here is additionally suitable for Xbox Series S, XboxOne and Xbox Series X. It is admittedly a little irritating when the more powerful one costs less. This is due to the fact that prices already diverge when purchasing due to different availability.
