Outrager2 years ago+110I want to connect my UDM Pro to a USW Pro 48 PoE, both devices have 10G SFP+ Ethernet ports. Will 10G also run over this cable? I can't read/find anything anywhere about the cable capacity. Or are SFP+ modules - e.g. https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/ubiquiti-uf-mm-10g-2er-set-sfp-modul-transceiver-6037242 - recommended for the device connection with corresponding fibre optic cables?Show in original language (German)2 answersmathias.camenzind2 years ago000 Helpful answerSorry, of course I meant UDM-Pro with USW-Pro 48Show in original language (German)

simonlei3 years ago000Can I use this cable to connect to e.g. a switch with "only" SFP (i.e. without +)? Specifically from the Dream Machine pro to a USW 16 POE. I realise that I have to throttle the SFP+ on the DMP to SFP, the question is more whether the USW 16 PE can handle the SFP+ connector, even if only 1G runs over it?Show in original language (German)3 answersaspoerri3 years ago+110 Helpful answerYes, that's exactly how I use it.Show in original language (German)
