You need POE 48V according to 802.3af for UAP-AC-PRO. UAP-AC-LR and UAP-AC-Lite needed passive POE 24V and later generations became 48V compatible. If you have a Unifi switch then you can set this on the port.

Hello Robpors613 I see version 5.10.20 under Cloud Key Controller. Under Cloud Key Firmware, another very long version was displayed. I ran the update on this one and then it automatically installed version 5.10.20 as well. Greetings, Guido

Hello, what colour is the ring? If everything is configured correctly and the AP is integrated in the controller, the ring is constantly blue.

No single get dad night. You need a UNIFI Cloud key and then a number of UNIFI Access Points. The power can be supplied with a POE switch. This is best done by UNIFI or with the POE power supply that is supplied with each access point ordered individually. It is best to buy the Starter Set 3x AP 1x Cloudkey and 1x POE UNIFI switch.

You could try changing the Wi-Fi name and password of the Swisscom router to the same as the Unifi ap and then unplug the Unifi ap. Then connect the TV box to the Swisscom router, unplug the TV box, switch off the WLAN of the Swisscom router again and switch on the Unifi ap again. Then the Swisscom TV box should connect to the ap. Can't guarantee that it will work. Greetings Nils and please tell me if it works.
