Dear Galaxus team I have already sent the product in once and received a new one - but the problem remains the same: When I connect the external screen to the HDMI port of the multiport, it doesn't recognise anything. And this with three different laptops. Hence my question: Is the multiport suitable for connecting an external screen via HDMI cable? Thank you for your answer. mfg

After starting the laptop, no HDMI signal is sent to the OS. The HDMI cable has to be disconnected from the port and reconnected so that the OS has the signal. Does anyone else have this problem? Is the port defective? Thank you very much.

According to https://www.verbatim-europe.co.uk/en/prod/verbatim-usb-c-multiport-hub--usb-30-%7C-hdmi-%7C-gigabit-ethernet-%7C-sd-microsd-49142/ It's a 4K Port but only with 30Hz (Interface: 1 x USB-C™ (USB 3.1 GEN 1), 3 x USB 3.0, 1 x HDMI 4K (30Hz), 1 x Gigabit Ethernet, 1 x SD, 1 x microSD slot)
