This is the global version.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G version doesn't have a microSD slot anymore, so I'd go for the 256GB storage version if necessary and then go straight for the even better Redmi Note 12 Pro+ model, which doesn't cost much more but has double the storage, a 120W charger and a 200MP camera:
