The R-Go Compact Break keyboard indicates with LED color signals when it's time to take a break. While you type, an LED light changes color, similar to a traffic light. When the light is green, it means you are working healthily. Orange indicates it's time for a short break, and red means you've been working too long. Taking short breaks during the workday improves concentration, prevents strain-related discomfort, and keeps you fit while working.
