When I installed the projector for the first time, I noticed a problem with the focus. The user-friendly "Pattern" button on the remote control allows you to adjust the focus very precisely, and it quickly became clear that the focus was not even or that the entire image was never completely sharp (regardless of position). It was a fault in the optics and Digitec replaced the beamer after a lengthy repair phase. Since then I have had no problems and am very satisfied. However, I am a bit irritated about the quality of the optics, especially with a reliable brand like Epson. I previously had a Sanyo PLV z3000 that worked flawlessly for 11 years (still do), has better lens shift, and never had anything close to problems adjusting focus. But that's complaining on a high level, I'm well aware that today's devices shouldn't be expected to last more than 3 years.

I am absolutely satisfied with this beamer. The price-performance ratio is top. Paired with a good screen I got me the cinema home. 10 years ago I would not have imagined in a dream once such a picture quality in the living room to have. The prices for home theater projectors were utopian at the time.
Absolute fan of this beamer and can recommend it only warmly. In general, the Epson EH series has been convincing for years.

For this price a great product. I had the EH-TW6100W until now and the difference is clearly noticeable, especially the jump from Full HD to 4K. WARNING: the 4K resolution is achieved by pixelshift. The information on the resolution of Digitec are not correct here (also confirmed by Epson via customer support). I have hung the projector at a distance of 4.2m from the screen (3m wide, 16:9). Unfortunately, Epson does not offer the version with the integrated wireless module (W version / EH-TW7100W) for this model, so I bought the HDMI transmitter "Purelink CSW200" additionally. Everything works perfectly and I didn't have to lay a long HDMI cable to the beamer.
