I ended up buying the least expensive RTX2080 Ti at Digitec and did not care about the fan cooling as I was going to pair the GPU with a water block anyway. Card works great, pairs nicely with EKWB and was able to overclock to a stable +90 clock core / +400 memory clock (still aiming for higher). Watercooled, the card does not exceed 55 degrees under extreme load. I do not know the temperatures with included fans.
Frame rates / 4K / Ray tracing.. wow.

Graphics card does its job. I have connected 3 monitors to it and it runs without problems. I don't go to the 4k limit, because no monitor of mine supports that, but I can play everything on max with high FPS (this is also "stretched" over all 3 monitors). What is a difference to the usual graphics cards, is that the Dual has no backplate, so it is cooled better, but in my opinion does not look so much already. What should also be mentioned is that the Palit has active fans throughout from the factory. If you are sensitive to noise, you should change this with third-party software or go straight for another one. RGB settings are limited, but not a big problem for me. But all in all, a good and solid graphics card.
I also think that 1299.- CHF is quite high. If it wasn't for the 1149.- CHF promotion, I probably wouldn't have ordered the GPU, because you could already get better ones for 1299.- CHF.

Quiet as a whisper even at 4K, fast as an arrow. Run the card on an LG 34WK95U-W and even at a resolution of 5120 x 2160, playable 25 to 30 frames/second are still possible. Had power interruptions with a 520 watt power supply (PC simply switched off). Bought i750 watt power supply and everything is fine. I run the card with an Intel i7-6700K and an Asus Z170 motherboard.
