    Defective on receipt and customer service incredibly poor

    Defective on receipt, nothing happened after a week, talk of repair, I wonder what they want to repair if the TV is broken on receipt, I expect a new one.

    Communication is a disaster, customer service is somehow the same     as with the TelCo companies.

    I feel like "Digitec has my money, service after purchase is of little interest and neither am I as a customer".

    One of the few 58-60" TVs that are really good!

    Picture is good. Unfortunately, 4k is not yet often supported
