The Rode NT2-A builds on the success of the Rode NT2. This 1" large diaphragm condenser microphone is suitable for a variety of applications thanks to its three adjustable polar patterns. Users can choose between omnidirectional, cardioid, and figure-eight patterns. Additionally, the Rode NT2-A features excellent technical specifications, emulating the beloved sound character of microphone classics from the 1950s and 1960s.

The NT2-A comes with the SM6 shock mount, which eliminates unwanted noise from footfall or low-frequency vibrations, preventing them from reaching the microphone capsule. The SM6 mount includes a pop filter that effectively dampens plosive sounds. If the pop filter is not needed, it can be removed.

Included with the NT2-A is a 6-meter long XLR cable and a dust cover for storing the microphone.
