Product details

The SM7B is a dynamic vocal microphone with a cardioid pickup pattern. It is particularly suitable for sound engineers working in radio or recording studios to capture voices. It is also popular among singers. The SM7B is often used for aggressive vocal techniques in rock, metal, and rap genres. Many successful albums have been recorded with it. The fundamental sound of the SM7B is extremely clear yet present and warm. It features an exceptionally wide frequency response that can be switched as needed. You can either engage the high boost for more presence or the low cut to eliminate low-frequency noise. The SM7B is fully equipped for professional studios or demanding home studios. The integrated swivel mount allows for precise positioning with a secure hold. The air-suspended shock mount nearly prevents any mechanical transmission. The two included windshields can be easily swapped as needed. Although designed for vocalists, it is also very popular for certain instruments, especially amplified guitars and basses, as well as kick drums and snares.
