The SM7B is a dynamic speaker microphone with cardioid characteristic. It is particularly suitable for sound engineers who pick up speakers in the radio or recording studio.

HOW DOES THE SM7B SOUND?The basic sound of the SM7B is extremely clear and yet present and warm. It has an extremely wide frequency response, which can be switched if necessary.
Either you switch on the high boost to get more presence or the low cut to suppress low-frequency noise.

FULL FITTING FOR STUDIOThe SM7B is fully equipped for the professional studio or demanding home studio. The integrated swivelling holder enables precise positioning with a secure hold. The air-suspended shock absorber prevents almost any mechanical transmission.
The two windscreens supplied can be easily replaced as required.

IS THE SM7B ALSO SUITABLE FOR INSTRUMENTS?
Although designed for speakers, it is very popular on some instruments, especially on amplified guitars and basses, as well as the bass drum and snare.
